Sometimes, inspiration strikes me in unexpected ways. A random thought, an everyday object, or a fleeting image. That’s how a piece of a popcorn bag found its way into a New York City-inspired painting. Or when I created a “stained-glass” church window in a Chagall-like style. Only with acrylics, not glass. And then there’s the spiral piece, born from the simple act of cracking pistachios, where the discarded shells became a whirl of creativity.
